Motorcycle fun-Logan Canyon

 

There was a group of us that did a day ride.  We went through Preston to Logan, then Logan canyon to Bear Lake and then back home.  We had a awesome time. 

Friends reunited!!!

JoLynn drove to Manti Utah to see Cindi, what a awesome time we had.  It was her parents 50th wedding anniversary.  I was so glad I went.  We had so much fun!!!! AS we always do!!!

Noah and JoLynn did a color fun run, 5 k with family members, this is the before and after.  WE had so much fun!!!

New motorcycle!!!

 WE finally sold our old bike and got a newer bike....We love it!!!!

 

Rhubin the Rock Star

JoLynn's Christmas party was a Hawaiian Luau. We dressed up for Hawaii, however it was the worst snow storm that day.  The place we were at had  stage, Rhubin thought he would try out the drums.  He looks like a real rock star!!!!!  Looking great babe!!!  Love ya-JOLYNN

JoLynn-surgery

After the last emergency room visit, JoLynn ended up going to a Ear Nose and Throat doctor.  Today she has her tonsils and adenoids out.  Lucky her.  She seems to be doing great.  The next week will be the toughest, but she should pull out of it fine.  Hopefully she will feel better and stop having so many sore throats.  Keep on eating popsicles and sprite!!!

Yikes, mom is sick!

JoLynn went to bed friday night and about 130am woke up in pain and could  not swallow, made a run to the E.R. It looked as if she had a abcess tonsil, they started i.v's and blood work, pain medication and a steroid.  Started some i.v. antibiotics.  Rough event.  Was sent home with the i.v. and told to come back Saturday.  Went back Saturday and had a treatment, then told to come back Sunday for another treatment.  Got the i.v. out on Sunday, has to start oral antibiotics tomorrow for 2 weeks.  What a rough go round.  She is feeling better now, but still sluggish.  What a freak little thing that turned out to be severe tonsilitis. 

JoLynn's work Christmas Party

We had a ELFin good time at the party. We had a great dinner, played some fun games and had a gift exchange.  Always nice to end the year on a good note!!  Thanks doctors for a great party, thanks to the committee for planning!!!! 

Happiness----Love!

This picture is alittle blurry, but I love it anyway.  I love the way we are looking at each other and are so happy.  We were getting ready to head off to Rhubins work Christmas party.  They had a awesome dinner, a quartet came and same and a gift exchange.  There was a $10 limit.  Rhubin got some lottery tickets.....he made $47 ---not bad!!!  Great time!!

Biker Babe!

For work we do a candy buy back, we collected 280 pounds of candy this year.  I went as a biker babe.  For those of you who know me.  I love to be on the motorcycle with Rhubin,  it is one of my most favorite things to do.  I love the bike!!!

Halloween at the office!!!

hopefully I pulled it off like a i should have.  It was fun, and yes those are real pony tails
in my hair, i am not sure i have ever had hair long enough to do that. 

JoLynn headed to surgery!

Headed to the hospital for surgery. I had two hernias on the left side of stomach/groin.  The sugery went well and now it is time to recover.  Taking it easy and resting.  Glad that it is over.  Gotta love getting old and your body falling apart!!!

Cute Couple!!!

What a precious couple!!!!  We had a great weekend.  Love the outdoors! Being with family camping and 4 wheeling is the best time!!!!

JoLynn-Island Park 4 wheeling ride

On our ride from Island Park to West Yellowtone we had a awesome ride.  It was very dusty.  Thank goodness for goggles.  WE had a great eime.  As you can tell I collected alot of dust from the ride.  We were all happy to get home and shower!!! 

Luau party

We were invited to a Hawiian Luau party, we were excited to go, dressed in our fun shirts.  We had a great time.  It was fun to go and eat and hang out, listen to music and have a relaxing time with friends. 

Happy Anniversary!!!!

June 23rd is our Anniversary!!!  This year we celebrate 17 years!!!!  We did not have any kids at home on Friday the 22nd. So rather than go out for an expensive dinner, I did a nice red neck dinner at home.  I set up the camping table in the living room, we had paper plates, plastic silverware.  I even used paper towels for napkins!  I made all of Rhubin's favorites.  Our menu was Shake and bake pork chops, french fries, corn.  Then we had ice cream and sugar cookies for dessert.  We had a nice evening, and the clean up was easy!!!  It was awesome!!!  I love ya babe!

Learning Bike Language!

Since we have got a motorcycle, there is a whole new world to learn.  There is certain clothes you are suppose to where (at which we are not going to be wearing) there is a wave you give to other bikes passing by, there are codes to give each other when getting on and off the bike!  We need to get boots for riding, but that is going to wait as well.   I have to say we thought it would be fun to have it and enjoy country rides and enjoys nature, we did not know we were going to be in and "elite" group of people.  We are sure loving it though!!!

Lovin' the motorcycle!

JoLynn has become quite fond of the motorcycle. She thinks she needs a ride everyday. She is excited to take the first road trip somewhere. Rhubin is taking the Stars motorcycle class and once he is done with that then he may be ready for the interstate. There are a couple of back road trips planned with oter couples planned. Very excited!!!

Van is back home!!!

So glad to finally have my van back!!! That was way to long to go without a car. I am grateful for all the repairs and hoping to never experience that again!!!
