Willy-update

Willy is doing good.  Has been going through some ups and downs, but is doing well.  He told us that he met with his President and that he may be released to come home 4-6 weeks early due to the military. He will not know much more for a few months, but as soon as he knows then he will let us know.  Him and his companion are doing well.  Have had some great things happen in this area and continue to hope and pray for more positive things to happen.

Chubbuck 3rd ward Girls Camp

Girls Camp was July 31 - August 3rd!!!  It was a huge success.  Rhubin was able to go with me for the week.  It was fun to have him there.  This was a bed swing that was the hot spot at camp.  The last day we decided to try it out.  This is us relaxing before it was time to leave.  Rhubin survived 23 girls and 5 leaders for the week.  It was alittle awkward for him in the beginning, but then the girls got to know him and they had alot of fun teasing him.  He said he would do it again!!!

Rhubin-jet ski fun

For those of you who know Rhubin, he hates the water.  We had a friend call and need to go and test drive some jet skis that he had repaired, well, Rhubin said yes, he was not sure why, but he got on there and after the first couple of times around the lake, he was addicted......he said it is like a snowmobile on water....He had a great time, and was becoming braver each time he came around.....He was sore the next day from all the riding he did!!!  He is willing go back and do it again!!!

Payton!

Payton loves to go swimming.  I love this picture of Payton.  He did not want to get out of the river.

Sunday afternoon fun!

We took the kids to a local place to go swimming in the Portneuf river.  They had a good time, I bet they swam alittle over a mile. They swam up the river and then back down.  There was alot of people through out the river.  Everyone had the same idea.

Noah the pioneer!

I love this picture.  Noah is wearing Grandpa Morrison's sheep herder hat.   He was exctied for the trek!

Pioneer Trek!

Noah went on a Pioneer Trek to Chesterfield for Stake Youth Conference.  It looked pretty handsome for a pioneer.  The 5 gallon bucket had all that he could take.  He had a good time.  They went a total of 11 miles.  The last quarter of a mile they were asked to walk with no shoes.  He did come home with one blister.  He really liked the square dancing.  What a awesome experience for everyone.
