Willy- update

Willy is doing good.  He said that they set a baptism, it was for the sister missionaries.  He said that it is exciting to see how happy and eager this person is.  The changes that they make to be baptism.  He is happy about the things he is seeing and changes being made.  He misses home.  He is excited about a phone call on Mother's day.  He said that he was thankful for prayers that have been offered in his behalf.  He said to keep them coming!!!  He is enjoying all the letters that he is getting.  Doing an awesome job Elder Thomas!!!!

Willy-update

Willy is doing good.  He said that he has had a different week.  Some ups and downs.  He said sometime he can not be his goofy crazy self.  He said that he was learning some Electrical Canada code.  He said dad would be proud of him.  He is doing well and teaching.  He said that he is learning and growing as he goes through different situations.  He loves doing what he is doing.  He asked for prayers for him.  And of course he loves letters!!!  Keep up the good work and stay strong.  Keeps smiling!

Willy-update

Willy is doing super!!!  He did get the box that we sent and was excited about something from home.  He is enjoying this area and his companion.  It was a short but powerful letter.  He is strong willed child and will continue to do his best and do what is expected of him.No transfer today, looks like next transfer will be on my birthday!!!!  He has been in this area with the same companion through two transfers.    We are proud of hime and the example that he is setting.  What growth he has had!  We love you!

Lovin' the motorcycle!

JoLynn has become quite fond of the motorcycle. She thinks she needs a ride everyday. She is excited to take the first road trip somewhere. Rhubin is taking the Stars motorcycle class and once he is done with that then he may be ready for the interstate. There are a couple of back road trips planned with oter couples planned. Very excited!!!

Scouting campout!!

Rhubin did his first campout with the boys in our ward. They had a great time, the bon fire was awesome. They all had a great time. Next month will be another one. Payton is so excited to get his campouts in for his merit badge. Lots of fun memories ahead!!!

Willy- update

Had to wait an extra day for a letter. With the Easter Holiday, the libraries were closed on Monday so letters were a day late. Next week are transfers so letters will be on Tuesday again! Willy said that their car has been in the shop, so they have done alot of walking and biking. He is ready for the car to be fixed. They have someone that they have been teaching, he asked to pray for him and them. He asked for his line of authority. He is doing awesome. He asked for more letters and to continue to pray for him. We are so proud of him.

Redneck campout!!

We got a tent for free, however it did not have any poles, so Rhubin and Noah did some measuring and got conduit and made poles, the boys put it up on the front lawn and slept out in it that night. Payton decided they needed a TV, why the kids were busy doing chores, Rhubin went and hooked up cable for them, the next morning they decided to watch tv before tearing down everything....We did get some crazy looks from the neighbors. The sure did have a good time.

Willy- Update

Willy is doing great!!! He sure did enjoy conference. He shared with us the talks that he enjoyed the most. He liked the talk about writing missionaries!!!! He is doing well and is excited to get a package from home. Him and his companion are doing great and learning and growing as they go through different things. He likes P day and getting out and playing basketball.
